Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional charges.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-developed solutions. WELIT retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.
WELIT's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not relieve parties of obligations incurred prior to termination.
